The Grief Recovery Method ® is a structured, evidence-based programme designed to help you address and complete unresolved grief.

It provides a framework to:

- Understand the impact of loss

- Identify what remains unfinished
- take steps towards emotional completion

This is a practical process, not just conversation.

How it works

The programme is delivered in a safe, supportive and structured way:
- 7 sessions

- 1:1 or small group format
- Guided weekly actions
- Practical tools and exercises
- Step by step progression

You are supported throughout the process

The programme may be right for you if:

- You have experienced loss (bereavement, relationship, health, or life changes)

- You feel there are things left unsaid or unresolved

- You have been “coping” but not finding resolution

About me

I am a certified Grief Recovery Method® Specialist, trained by the Grief Recovery Institute.

Alongside this, I am an ICF-accredited coach.

My role is to guide you through the process with clarity, compassion and respect for your individual experience.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. The Grief Recovery Method® is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment. It is educational, action-based approach to help you work through grief safely and compassionately.

How do I know if this is right for me?

That's very common. The Grief Recovery Method® takes a different approach, it focuses on action rather than insight alone, which is why many people find it helpful when other things haven't brought relief.

Is this confidential and private?

Yes. Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality and held with care and respect.

Will I have to relive painful memories?

No. The process is designed to be contained and compassionate. You are never asked to relive experiences; unless you choose to share them, you remain in control at all times.

What happens if I start and realise it isn't right for me?

You are never trapped or pressured to continue. This work is about choice and agency. If at any point it doesn't feel right, we can pause or stop without judgement.
